Q: Why select CondoviaBeach of Corpus Christi condos for my vacation stay?
A: We personally handpick each condo to become part of the CondoviaBeach of Corpus Christi vacation and get-away spot collection.  Furniture and appliance upgrades with” the right appointments and decorations” have been to gain your appreciation of a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable place to stay.   We aim to gain your complete satisfaction and to want you to return to visit us at CondoviaBeach of Corpus Christi, again and again.  We appreciate you and your family, and your business.


Q: Can I choose the CondoviaBeach of Corpus Christi condo I want to stay in?

A:   Yes, as it is our preference for you when you visit.  We want you to have what you like.  Because you may need to opt for a different condo, our website provides interior views of each condo for you to get “a good feeling” about them too.  We do encourage making your reservations as early as possible to improve availability of the condos you wish.  A well-advanced reservation improves selection.  Many of our customers reserve a year in advance, as they like to -relieve their experiences at CondoviaBeach of Corpus Christi.


Q:  Are there any discounts available?
A:  Yes.  After renting with CondoviaBeach of Corpus Christi your future rentals will be discounted by 10%.  Mention to Mike you are a returning customer.  We look forward to serving you again and appreciate you staying at CondoviaBeach of Corpus Christi.


Q: What are the check-in, check-out procedures?
A:   Note: Current front desk office hours are Monday - Saturday 9:00 AM to 7 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 6 PM. 

Upon your arrival, please check-in with the front desk to register, pay the $10 guest registration fee, and obtain the plastic gate keys and parking pass for your vehicle.  Next, enter the condominium complex and contact Mike McCormack at 361-425-4623 to obtain the lockbox code for the condominium key.

During times when the front desk is closed, proceed to the guard station for registration and check-in and obtain a temporary vehicle pass.  Then contact Mike McCormack at 361- 425-4623 for the lockbox code to the condominium.  On the following day, please follow-up with the front desk clerk to complete your registration.

Upon your departure, please leave the condominium in the same clean condition as when you arrived.  Place your used linen and towels on the bathroom floor.  Leave the plastic keys and condo door key on the counter inside the condo and lock the lower door lock.  Have a safe return home and please call us again here at CondoviaBeach of Corpus Christi.  We appreciate your stay with us.


Q: When is the best time to reserve a condo?
A: Many vacationers make reservations months in advance to assure availability.  CondoviaBeach of Corpus Christi is a first-come, first-served reservation process.  So for your most important family get together, birthday, celebration, and vacation, our recommendation is make your reservations months in advance to assure they can have the celebration and joyful experience that they want.

Q: Are there renovations at the Villa del Sol Condominiums complex?
A: Yes.  For all customers, the complex has a $2 million renovation project underway.  The activity for improvement is approximately 50% complete.  Site enhancements include new balconies, new siding to three buildings, new ceiling on three hallway floors, and sprucing-up hallways on six hallway floors.  Renovations for both swimming pool areas are complete.


Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Pets are not allowed in the CondoviaBeach of Corpus Christi condos.  The reason is because costs escalate when pets are allowed.  The preference is to keep cost reasonable and affordable for every customer.  There are local pet boarding facilities that would love to care for your pet during your visit.


Q: Is smoking allowed?
A:  No.  Smoking is highly restricted and is disallowed in our CondoviaBeach of Corpus Christi.
